To receive services through this package, clients must:
Be enrolled in Health First Colorado (Medicaid)
Provide a recommendation form from their healthcare provider (form available upon request)
Submit verification of Medicaid enrollment (Member ID, full name, and date of birth)

Childbirth Education as Part of My Care
Childbirth education is a standard part of my doula care for first-time parents.
Families are encouraged to complete my Empowered Beginnings course, which integrates evidence-based education, movement, and mindset preparation to help you and your partner feel confident and connected as you approach birth.
This preparation helps you and your partner feel confident, informed, and ready to navigate birth together, making our time together even more effective and empowering.
